       are in anonymous mode, and in some cases you may have 
       to send all your messages thru-server (depends on icq 
       servers). Also you can't be reached directly (messages
       can only be sant to you thru server).

                 ANONYMOUS ICQ SETTINGS

        This will show in ICQ your IP#  as 127.0.0.1
        and not your true IP# when viewing your info

-------------------------------------------------------------
1- change your icq Connection settings to LAN connection,
   set it so you are behind firewall or proxy

2- click firewall settings

3- choose socks4

4- click next

5- Socks4 Host: 127.0.0.1

6- Socks4 Port: 1080

7- UDP Port Allocation

8- click - Open an outgoing UDP port 4000 on my firewall

9- Next
