How to get IP numbers off of people who are not
on your ICQ list, or who have ICQ 98.

First of all, I just wanna say that I learned
how to do this from my bud RageNsane of the

Well heres how you do it. Step by step.
1.	Open a DOS window.
2.	Get to your C:\ promt by typing cd\ then
	hitting enter.
3.	Once your on C:\> I want you to type in 
	the word NETSTAT.  By doing this you'll
	understand the next few steps.
4.	Once your DOS window is open and you have
	NETSAT typed in, (but dont hit enter YET)
	put your ICQ on away.
5.	Now that your set up, tell they person a
	message that you'll know for sure he/she
	will respond to.
6.	The second you get the message, on your DOS
	window, click enter to enter the word 
	NETSTAT.
7.	Now on the last line you will get their
	HOST NAME!
8.	If you dont have a converter, go back to C:>
	and type in the word TRACERT followed by their
	host name.
	EX.- C:\>TRACERT somedude.bla.net
9.	Click enter, and boom you have there IP NUMBER!


FEW IMPORTANT NOTES!
1.	If they are using my example of an ICQ firewall
	then you will not get the IP or host.
2.	Most times, but not always, if the person has a
	firewall set up of any kind you will not get the
	IP number either.
