Protect Yourself on ICQ (Stop those nukers) with a FAKE IP.

Open ICQ then : 

1. Select Preferences and change your icq Connection 
   settings to LAN connection.

2. Set it so you are behind firewall or proxy, 
   then click firewall settings.

3. Choose socks4, click next, 

4. Socks4 Host: 127.0.0.1
   Socks4 Port: 1080
   UDP Port Allocation
   click - Open an outgoing UDP port 4000 on my firewall
   Next
   DONE

NOTE : You will have to disconnect and restart ICQ for settings to
       take affect. The other thing you will notice is that you
       will have to send your messages through the server (if you
       don't like the inconvenience of having to click your mouse
       button an extra time, then don't do this). Also, you will
       not be able to send files accross to another user but you 
       can always go back to your default settings should you want 
       to do this.

BE WARNED! The IP used here will infact nuke the person who is trying
to nuke you :)
